Join Siddha Sandra and Melanie O'Leary at Soul Sanctuary Friday, October 4th for a beautiful Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey. It's an honour to share sacred space with my dear teacher Siddha and hold space for her to share her medicine with you. It's going to be a magical evening.

Our time together will include: opening sacred space, creating a beautiful intentional flower mandala, making and drinking a ceremonial serving of cacao, deep sharing, sound healing circle (both giving and receiving) and sharing nourishing food.

Bring with you:

~ Journal and Pen
~ Anything you need to make yourself comfortable
~ Stemless Flowers to add to the Mandala
~ A few Fruits or other snack to share
~ Wear comfortable clothes
