Cosmic Creators 

Supporting youth to explore where they came from and who they are as individuals at the ripe transition point that adolescence presents.

Adolescence can be challenging for both youth and parents. It is a stage of development where youth naturally pull away from their primary caregivers to try to find their own way in the world. This can be a time of conflict, confusion and discomfort for everyone involved. Often the pressures of peer culture, formal education, media and technology are overwhelming and distracting. These external influences can leave youth feeling disconnected from their true self and unique gifts, the awe of the natural world, and the mystery of the cosmos.

The guidance of mentors, in a safe space, empowers and supports youth to find their unique voice and way in the world. Through the spiritual and practical tools of; shamanic journey and ceremony, creative expression, and connection to nature, all while in sacred community, Cosmic Creators will connect to their inner wisdom and spirituality, and gain skills to navigate the world we live in.
